The Victoria Law Courts
This beautiful building was named in honour of Queen Victoria and was opened on May 24 1887, the birthday of the Queen in her Jubilee Year. A statue of Queen Victoria graces its front grounds. The design is credited to Baron Hora Siccama who was Colonial Civil Engineer at that time.
Today it is referred to as the High Court, and the illustration depicts it in its colour trim as used in 1964.
