The Public Buildings
This elegnt example of 19th century architecture is the seat of Guyana's Parliament. The design was from Mr. Joseph Hadfield and is one of only 3 buildings in Georgetown that have a Dome feature. Construction was completed in 1834 and it is situated adjacent to Stabroek Square.
